The Department of Student Services is reponsible for overseeing all Special Education Programs, Home Schooling, Home Instruction, Intra-district Open Enrollment, New Student Registration, C-FIT, EMIS, the education program at the Medina County Juvenile Detention Center, Pathways to Success Program, Career Based Intervention Program (CBI), English as a Second Language (ESL) Program, MCS Technology School and Helping Hands Preschool.
