Medina City Schools Foundation

The Medina City Schools Foundation was established in 1984 to support and enhance learning opportunities for the students in the Medina City School District.  The Foundation is a private organization, not directly affiliated with the school board or the school administration.  It is incorporated under Ohio laws as a non-profit organization and is funded by fund raising events and private donations.

The Mission of the Medina City Schools Foundation:

The Medina City Schools Foundation advocates excellence in education by raising and investing funds in innovative classroom and scholarship programs in partnership with the Medina City Schools community.

Important Dates

The Foundation holds a number of fund raising events throughout the year.  These events help to provide the funds that allow the Foundation to provide classroom grants, support staff awards, sponsor the Joyce B. Ebner Volunteer Tutoring Center, offer GAP grants to high school graduates, sponsor the HUDDLE/SHUDDLE programs which provide peer mentoring to fourth and sixth grade students.
